Frequently Asked Questions
- When are services available? – We have four time slots available on our booking form, however if you need service outside of those times, add it in the “special instructions” portion during booking, or let us know during your follow up call!
- How much does it cost? – Our standard pricing is $35/13 gallon bag. If you would prefer to be charged by the pound ($2.50/IIb), just let us know during booking! You can also find our full pricing list right on our homepage!
- Is there a minimum? – We have a standard 2 bag minimum, but if you have a special request, let us know and we would be happy to see what we can do!
- How do I schedule a service? – You would book a service through our standard booking form!
- What is the turnaround time? – Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours. We also have same day and next day priority options available!
- Is no contact an option? – Yes! You do not have to be home for us to pick up and deliver your items. We only ask that your items are in your designated pickup area during your selected time slot for pickup.
- What if I have special instructions? – We have a section in our booking form for any additional instructions you may have, and we will also follow up with you before pickup via phone call!
- Do I have to subscribe? – We have subscription options available, but it is NOT required. It is no problem if you only want to schedule a one-time service or on an as-needed basis.
- How will I be billed? – You will receive an invoice shortly after booking with a payment link based on your selections. If you prefer to be charged by the pound, you will receive your invoice during pickup.
- How do I prepare my items for pickup? – All you need is to put your items in a standard 13-gallon bag. You can separate any items you would like on hangers by putting them in a regular plastic bag inside the 13-gallon bag.
- What if I need to pause, cancel, or reschedule service? – No problem! Just give us a call or shoot us an email!
